Well, hello! As we all know your teeth are the most important part of our smile and possibly our face. We want to make sure you know exactly what to do to make sure your smile is something you feel confident to show to others! With that being said, let’s do a step by step on how to make that style of yours stand out.
1. Stand in the mirror and ask yourself… Have I been nice to my teeth today?
2. If the answer is no, think of some ways you can turn that around. Have you brushed your teeth yet? Do you need to floss after you ate your lunch? Are you drinking liquids every day that will make your teeth yellow?
3. The first and most important thing is to make sure we are brushing our teeth at least 2 times a day. When we wake up AND before we go to bed!
4. Once you have got that step down, let’s make sure that after we eat or snack that we carry around floss to make sure that food doesn’t sit in our teeth for the rest of the day! It is so easy just to carry around in your bag or in your car and it will keep your teeth nice and clean!
5. Next, limit the amount of caffeinated drinks you consume each day. These drinks being coffee, soda, and tea (also red wine…). I’m sure you hear this often, but it really does help not only the looks of your smile but the overall confidence in your body!
6. Lastly, spend time with your dentist! Don’t forget that we are here to help you and want you to feel confident in your smile too! Schedule an appointment for your teeth so that you can spend all day showing your smile to others!
