1. Jesus

He’s the reason and source of life.  Read the gospels of Luke and John and you’ll see what I mean.  If you don’t have these, ask me, and I’ll give you a pocket copy of the Good News according to John.

2. Quiet Time

I believe we each need a little time each day to individually connect with Jesus by reading the Scriptures and by prayer.

3. Floss

I’m telling you, it’s good for you and once you get use to it, you’ll believe it.  Try it, you’ll like it.

4. Brush

Brushing your teeth two to three times a day will do wonders for your health, both mouth and body.

5.  Family

Stay connected to your family and friends.  They can help you through the bad times and rejoice with you during the good times.  And you can help and rejoice with them, too.

6. Exercise

Keep moving.  Get up and get out.  Stretch, bend, take a walk… something!

7. Church

We need some fellowship that will keep us grounded and check our blind sides for sanity’s sake.

8. Reading

Brain food.

9. Sleep

Try no sleep for a bit then you’ll find out how beneficial sleep is for you.

10. Hobbies

We need something to keep us active in mind and body and a way to express our creativity.
